Hurricane Michael - Special Weather Statement

UPDATE AS OF 10/10/18 at 11am

Hurricane Michael is expected to make landfall today in the Florida Panhandle as a Category 4 Hurricane. Forecasters expect Michael to move across the southeast U.S. coast impacting North and South Carolina beginning early Thursday morning.  Tropical Storm Warnings have been issued along the North and South Carolina coasts.  The coastal areas that we serve are predicted to have tropical storm force winds and rainfall amounts of up to four inches.  Inland communities could receive up to six inches of rain.

Each tenant should take precautionary measures to minimize any impacts of Hurricane Michael such as securing debris, and any flying objects in your yard.  If applicable in your community, we also recommend checking storm drains to make sure that they are free of debris, not blocked or clogged.

Property Managers have worked with vendors and others to secure common areas ahead of the storm.

Further updates will be communicated as needed.  Please keep up to date with Hurricane Michael by visiting the National Weather Service.
